Q1.May i order small quantity as a trial order at first time?

  Answer: Yes,we will try our best to support you.,but we will increase the price with small quantity.

Q2.As this is our first cooperation, can I order one sample to check quality firstly?
Answer:Yes, it is OK to make samples for you, but you need to pay for it.  Sample cost will be refunded when you place a formal order.

Q3.My design shoes (OEM) are available?
Answer: Yes, we can make your design shoes and make samples before bulk production.

Q4.Can I place my own brand on shoes (ODM) ? 

Answer: Yes, customers' logo is available, such as branding with insole, tag, hand tag and box.

Q5. Can I get a discount for my bulk order?
Answer:  yes ,of course ,the more you buy ,the bigger discount you can get .

Q6.will there be customs problem ?

Answer:usually there is no customs problem ,but some country are strict and need to pay tax . the customs tax are consumer's expense . if there is customs problem in our country ,we will be responsible ,but please be responsible for your own customs problems
